為了避免趕稿+眼瞓+泡麵這種最差的組合,
曾經也做過一點努力,一次過買了各種各樣的菜回家。

 

咖喱飯。韮菜餅,後面是家裏帶回來的湯。

豬肉薯餅。南瓜蜆殼粉。

木耳蒸排骨。吃剩的薯餅炒豆角。

後來就後勁不繼了!家裏沒有東西了,趕死線,不想去買菜。吃泡麵之前最後能煮的,水戶梅干海帶蕎麥麵。
這個蕎麥麵吃法還挺好吃的,學日本的啦,水戶梅干真的好鹹,一顆就夠了,那海帶是有味道的。

煮的比較好吃的是蒸排骨和韮菜餅。
豬肉薯餅最難吃,我娘做的很好吃,自己做失敗了。

後來就開始吃泡麵的難過生活。

全部寫完了,晚上喝完紅酒回來還不想睡,覺得還想喝一點。
倒了杯梅酒,我自己泡的,那時因為人家送了一支日本燒酒,喝燒酒不如喝梅酒啦。
泡了一年,味道很好,梅酒就是好喝,不過快喝完了。

  1. I can’t believe it. You can cook!! XD!! Cook for me some day!!

    Recently I have been eating a lot of mochi – not sweetened ones but the raw ones that you can either grill or microwave. Last night I put grilled mochi and some tofu into instant tonjiru(pork and vegetable soup with miso flavour). It is quick and delicious, and healthier than instant noodles!

    i don’t consider myself able to cook anymore, i think i used to be able to cook, but not now loh~
    they didn’t taste so nice! and just have a glimpse to your blog, i have to at least take a 4 year cooking course before i dare to cook for you!
